Our signature gin made in small batches. Lovingly distilled with juniper, coriander seeds, orris root and grapefruit with some secret botanicals creating a zesty and spicy gin reflecting the diverse character and culture of Birmingham.
 
The zesty and spicy flavours are best complimented with premium tonic, ice and a generous wedge of your favourite citrus fruit.
